My favorite novels are In the Cube and Future Boston by David Alexander Smith. I was so obsessed with the Phneri character that I chose the username Akktri as a handle for my art galleries online and as a name in furry fandom. I always wanted to do fan art based on the books but didn't think I could do it justice. Just to let you know, Mr. Smith, I wasn't trying to steal your thunder.
